Do you support companies that have never had HR before

Yes. This is a common starting point. We build the foundations step by step so hiring, onboarding, performance, and policies become consistent and workable.

What is the difference between HR foundations and fractional HR support

HR foundations are project based builds or resets that create the core systems. Fractional HR is monthly support, where I act as your HR partner for a set number of hours so HR is owned and handled consistently.

Do you offer one off projects or ongoing support

Both. You can start with a focused project, move into monthly fractional support, or combine HR support with leadership advisory depending on what your business needs.

Do you work only with Cyprus based businesses

I support SMEs in Cyprus in hybrid or remote formats. I also support SMEs globally on a remote basis. Cyprus employment law support and HRDA training support are available for Cyprus based organisations.

Yes. I deliver practical workshops for leaders, managers, and HR teams. For Cyprus based organisations, HRDA options are available when eligible.
